Putting on the fin in the water is difficult. At the heel, a long tab should make it easier to put the fins on.

Good fins but lost clips to easily

Recently returned from open ocean snorkeling with humpbacks and my new carbon fiber Leaderfins worked well. The foot pocket recommended for my sized turned out to be one size too small so I couldn't use the 3mm socks I brought, just the thin nylons. Also, I lost and had to replace 3 clips holding the siderails to the blade while swimming, not sure why. Glad I had extras with me. Overall a very good pair of fins.

Only used in the pool so far, but really awesome fins. Power is 10x my scuba fins. Delivery was fast and box and fins in perfect shape.

Expected just a little bit more

I had previously been using some Mares Razer Pro fins for several years and decided to give these carbon fiber Leaderfins a try. They are not bad fins, but I expected more power out of them. I'm 5'7", 170 lbs. and got the medium stiffness based on their suggestion, but maybe stiffer blades would have fit my diving style better. The foot pockets are great. I've used them about a dozen times since they arrived - maybe they will grow on me and earn that fifth star.
